Staples Canada in Natick, MA is seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition Technical Recruiter to lead technical recruiting efforts in collaboration with hiring managers to define requirements and success metrics.

You will source, screen, interview, and present candidates, driving full-cycle processes, monitoring key metrics, ensuring compliance, and mentoring junior recruiters while coordinating with HR, compensation, and onboarding teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in HR/Business/Communications.
5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience for engineering/IT roles.
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and driving DEI initiatives is a plus.

Responsabilités

Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to meet technical staffing needs.
Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, profiles, and success metrics.
Source and attract high-quality technical candidates across multiple channels.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates with structured evaluations.
Present qualified candidates and provide data-driven recommendations.
Lead full-cycle recruitment processes and ensure a strong candidate experience.
Track metrics and adjust strategies to improve pipeline health and time-to-fill.
Collaborate with HRBP, Compensation, and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth hiring hand-offs.
Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior recruiters.
