Job summary

Staples is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition (Supply Chain) to lead a team of recruiters focused on building strategic talent for our supply chain functions. You will partner with business leaders, hiring managers and HR to deliver fast, high-quality hires and an excellent candidate experience.

You will mentor the team, drive process improvements, leverage labor market insights, and ensure ATS/data integrity while managing timelines and partnerships across the East Coast.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full life cycle recruiting.
• Solid understanding and demonstrated use of an ATS and Recruitment Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Excel with data manipulation and analysis.
• Understanding of OFCCP guidelines for fair hiring.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of recruiters and translate strategies into hiring successes.
• Build a high-performing team with clear expectations and open communication.
• Use labor market data to inform business needs and external investments.
• Identify market trends and use data to shape recruiting strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely, high-quality hires and service.
