Apptronik in Austin, TX seeks a motivated Contract Talent Acquisition Recruiter (6-month minimum) to support hiring across technical and corporate roles. You will own searches from intake through offer and partner with hiring managers.

The ideal candidate has full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-growing environments, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple searches at different seniorities while building trusted partnerships with leadership and the People team.

• Proven success running full-cycle searches across a broad mix of roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Consultative mindset with strong business acumen; able to shape hiring plans and tie searches to company goals.
• Clear, proactive communicator who keeps stakeholders informed without being chased.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with leadership and cross-functional hiring managers.
• Hands-on sourcing skills and ability to build your own talent pipeline for niche or competitive roles.
• Versatile and adaptable; able to manage several searches of differing complexity simultaneously.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby).

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand business needs and advise on hiring strategy and market realities.
• Own full-lifecycle searches for technical and corporate roles of varying complexity from intake to offer acceptance.
• Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills and fit with company values.
• Run intake/debrief sessions to define success criteria and keep searches moving.
• Manage candidate pipelines and provide a high-touch experience for all candidates.
• Communicate updates on pipeline health, risks, and market conditions to stakeholders.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate pre-employment processes.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and ensure compliance.
