Job summary

Yoh is seeking an Account Manager for direct hire in the Seattle/Kirkland/Belview, WA region. The role focuses on proactive sales, strategic account planning, and consultative technology selling with base plus commission and full benefits.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree with 5–9 years of related experience, deep product and tech knowledge, CRM proficiency, and strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent relationship management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5–9 years of related experience.
• Deep knowledge of product lines and related technology.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn customer processes to identify optimal solutions.
• Understanding of the technology sales process: lead gen, pursuit, closing, CRM.
• Understanding of discounting, margins, and multipliers.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifies and pursues new sales opportunities.
• Calls new or existing customers to create sales opportunities.
• Develops and implements strategic account plans.
• Consultatively sells technology to customers.
• Recommends technical solutions to problems.
• Negotiates pricing within guidelines with principals and customers.
• Ensures customer satisfaction to sustain relationships.
• Keeps knowledge of products and industries up to date.
• Documents sales activities accurately and timely.
