JLL seeks an Americas Technical Services Project Management Director to lead and deliver strategic technical services across the Americas. You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage capital projects, and ensure world-class delivery in MEP, FLS, Building Automation/IoT, and labs for critical environments.

You will guide governance, drive continuous improvement, and partner with regional accounts to grow service offerings while maintaining client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Professional certifications such as FMP, CFM, CPE, OSHA, environmental, or safety management certifications strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as senior technical and project management advisor to client leadership, directing high-profile strategic initiatives and capital delivery frameworks.
• Develop and execute comprehensive technical services and project management strategies across regional sub-accounts ensuring governance and standards.
• Partner with regional account teams to identify growth opportunities and expand service offerings within the portfolio.
• Lead periodic business reviews and technical performance assessments with client stakeholders.
