Job summary

JLL is seeking a visionary Senior Director for Technical Services Engineering to lead Digital Smart Building programs for key clients. You will oversee development, implementation, and application of emerging technologies across BOS, IoT, and energy management, guiding strategic asset planning and performance management.

Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will manage a team of 4+ engineers, drive client communications, milestones, and on-time delivery, and deliver high-impact

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Undergraduate degree in engineering or 10+ years in lieu of degree.
• Industry Experience: 10+ years in Network/Controls engineering, cyber-security, and facilities (MEP) engineering/ops.
• Leadership: Led a team of subject matter experts delivering multi-regional BOS IoT programs.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and concise communication skills.
• Tools: Proficient with Corrigo CMMS, Google Tools, and executive-level presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead BOS IoT programs and BOS/Network/IoT system scope and design.
• Develop/implement operational support model and security compliance for BOS requirements.
• Design, build, and deploy Fault Detection and Diagnostics (FDD) for energy efficiency.
• Provide SME guidance across BOS, IoT, network systems and related programs.
• Serve as primary client contact with clear health/status reporting and milestones.
• Track project status and ensure on-time delivery of all deliverables.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations showing value of Technical Services.
• Lead a 4+ engineer team including succession planning and resource loading.
