Job summary

JLL is seeking a visionary leader to drive the future of Technical Services - Digital Smart Building Programs for a key client in the United States. Reporting to the Engineering Director, this role oversees development, implementation, and application of emerging technologies, with a focus on BOS, IoT, and energy efficiency.

You will lead a BOS IoT team, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver on-time project milestones while ensuring security compliance and high-impact program health.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, engineering technology, or related field or 10+ years with technical certifications.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Network/Controls engineering, cyber-security, and Facilities (MEP) operations.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Advanced Logic (ALC) controllers.
• Demonstrated leadership managing a multi-regional BOS IoT program.
• Excellent communication and concise, professional presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead BOS connectivity, monitoring, and control across BOS programs.
• Develop operational support model including security compliance for BOS and IoT assets.
• Design and implement Fault Detection and Diagnostics (FDD) to improve energy efficiency and maintenance.
• Provide SME guidance on BOS, network, and IoT design evaluations and issue resolution.
• Serve as primary client contact and deliver high-impact program health summaries.
