The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder collaboration, with a focus on a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The Senior Recruiter will act as a trusted advisor to managers and executives, leveraging data and AI-enabled tools to build scalable processes and pipelines that support global recruiting

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across high-volume, technical, sales, professional, or leadership-level roles.
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and executives on strategy and selection.
• Experience using ATS and recruiting tech to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full-cycle recruiting for U.S. requisitions across tech, sales, professional, and leadership roles.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Build qualified candidate pipelines and deliver timely hiring outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and executives.
