Job summary

Viventium Software Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across the United States for Viventium + Apploi.

You will build candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers and executives, and drive scalable recruiting strategies in a fast-paced, healthcare-technology environment. The role focuses on high-volume and leadership-level openings, leveraging ATS and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across a varied portfolio including high-volume, technical, sales, professional, or leadership roles.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and executives on strategy, assessment, and selection.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for U.S. requisitions across multiple functions.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build qualified candidate pipelines.
• Advise and partner with hiring managers and leaders on recruiting strategy and selection decisions.
• Ensure compliant, equitable candidate experience and maintain accurate recruiting records.
