Job summary

VIVA USA Inc is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to drive leadership hiring across the organization. You will source, screen, and place Director- and VP-level candidates while partnering with senior leadership on strategic talent needs.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment, stakeholder collaboration, and development of diverse pipes. Travel for occasional onsite coordination may be required; a strong advisory role to executives is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of recruiting experience in staffing or corporate HR.
• Experience recruiting for Director and VP-level roles.
• Experience creating executive recruitment and sourcing strategies.
• Experience acting as a Talent Advisor to executive hiring managers.
• Experience using ATS and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Director and VP-level roles from internal and external sources.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to define candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for role alignment.
• Present and recommend top candidates to leadership.
• Manage offers, including negotiation and relocation coordination when needed.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Stay current on compensation trends, benefits, and HR policies.
• Support and mentor other recruiters on sourcing strategies and campaigns.
• Contribute to enterprise talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
