• Establish rigorous execution frameworks and clear accountability to deliver on complex tech portfolios.
• Design, implement, and leverage advanced reporting mechanisms and talent analytics to diagnose pipeline health and trends.
• Architect and oversee the sourcing function for Director+ technology talent with a premium executive experience.
• Lead, inspire, and elevate a dual team of senior recruiters and executive sourcers.
