Job summary

Capital One in McLean, VA is seeking a senior Recruiting Lead to lead a team of recruiters focused on Business Analyst talent. You will translate priorities into execution, manage recruitment seasons, and build strong partnerships with HR and business stakeholders to drive results.

Qualified candidates bring 4+ years in recruiting/HR, 2+ years in people management, and a track record of data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or client consulting.
• At least 2 years of experience in Client Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in People Management.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• 5+ years in Campus or Corporate Recruiting preferred.
• 3+ years in Client Management preferred.
• 3+ years in People Management preferred.
• Experience with compensation and HR hiring requirements.
• Experience analyzing metrics and data to inform decisions.
• Capital One sponsorship not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of recruiters and Recruiting Leads responsible for identifying and hiring top Business Analyst talent.
• Partner with recruiting leaders to translate priorities into execution.
• Support recruiting season management from planning through execution and risk identification.
• Build relationships with HR partners, Students & Grads teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Provide consultation and recruiting insights across partners.
• Contribute to recruiting strategy with market insights and practices.
• Leverage data to understand performance and inform recommendations.
• Support executive-level reporting and communication as needed.
• Guide the team in sourcing and candidate management from engagement through offer.
• Collaborate on forecasting, logistics, interviewer engagement, and readiness.
• Stay updated on early talent trends and recruiting practices to improve effectiveness.
• Utilize Workday and other recruiting technologies.
