Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or client consulting or a combination of the three.
• At least 4 years of experience in Client Management.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• 7+ years of experience in HR strategy or Talent Acquisition or a combination.
• 7+ years of experience in Client Management.
• 5+ years of experience in People Management.
• 2+ years of experience with data analytics and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau).
• 3+ years of experience in strategic development.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor, aligning talent acquisition initiatives with business objectives.
• Establish rigorous execution frameworks and clear accountability for complex tech portfolios.
• Design and leverage advanced reporting mechanisms and talent analytics to diagnose pipeline health and trends.
• Architect and oversee sourcing for Director+ technology talent and innovative pipelining.
• Lead and develop a dual team of senior recruiters and executive sourcers, fostering high performance and inclusion.
