Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Tech Recruiting to lead a high-performing team delivering end-to-end talent acquisition for key technology lines of business. You will partner with senior engineering and executive stakeholders to translate business vision into executable talent strategies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting OR a combination of the three.
• At least 4 years of experience in Client Management
• At least 2 years of people management experience

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor, aligning talent acquisition initiatives directly with business-critical objectives and shifting conversations from transactional hiring to strategic capability-building.
• Design, implement, and leverage advanced reporting mechanisms and talent analytics to diagnose pipeline health, project market trends, mitigate risks, and influence executive-level talent decisions.
• Architect and oversee the specialized sourcing function dedicated to identifying, engaging, and securing passive, top-tier Director+ technology talent.
• Lead, inspire, and elevate a dual team of senior recruiters and executive sourcers.
