Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Principal Associate to join our Tech Recruiting Team in McLean, VA. You will manage the full lifecycle of recruiting, partner with hiring managers, source diverse pipelines, and guide offers while staying ahead of recruiting trends.

You’ll work with a team of recruiters, influence outcomes in a fast-paced environment, and leverage data to drive updates for leadership and HR partners. This role includes potential performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
At least 3 years of experience in recruiting OR 3 years of experience in human resources OR 3 years of client consulting OR a combination of the three.
PHR certification is preferred.
4+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcing.
Experience consulting with multiple hiring managers and building strong relationships.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs.
Manage full lifecycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer.
Develop candidate pipelines and market Capital One’s talent brand.
Coordinate across a team of recruiters to deliver results and promote inclusion.
Use recruiting data to update leadership and HR partners on progress.
