Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• 5+ years in recruiting, HR, or client consulting.
• 4+ years in Client Management.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• 7+ years in HR strategy or Talent Acquisition.
• 2+ years of data analytics and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau).
• 3+ years experience in strategic development.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor aligning talent acquisition initiatives with business-critical objectives.
• Establish rigorous execution frameworks and clear accountability to deliver on complex, high-priority tech portfolios.
• Design, implement, and leverage advanced reporting mechanisms and talent analytics to diagnose pipeline health and trends.
• Architect and oversee sourcing for passive, top-tier Director+ technology talent with premium candidate experience.
• Lead, inspire, and elevate a dual team of senior recruiters and executive sourcers, fostering high performance and inclusion.
