Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting.
• Experience driving complex offer situations with first-principles thinking.
• Hiring manager–level judgment and independent decision-making.
• Mentoring teammates and building recruitment tools.
• Genuine curiosity about market trends and what makes candidates fit Babylist culture.
• Proactive use of AI to move faster and improve output.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering leaders to own and close complex technical roles.
• Own end-to-end searches for senior, staff, director engineers, and PM roles.
• Build and maintain hiring intelligence infrastructure (dashboards, finals trackers, funnel analysis).
• Present pipeline health and hiring trends with data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Drive offer strategy in hard-to-close cases with clear rationale and framing.
• Design and run team capability programs and coaching for recruiters.
• Manage external agency partnerships with performance data and quality controls.
• Influence engineering and product leadership on hiring calibration and standards.
