Job summary
Salesforce.com, inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter for a 6 month contract to partner on AI and strategic hiring for the Agentforce and AI org.
This role requires a strategic talent partner who can own full-cycle recruiting for senior customer-facing technical leaders across AI, data cloud, and enterprise platforms. The position is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days in the office each week, and demands a track record of sourcing top tech talent and advising leaders with market insights to drive
Qualifications
- 6+ years of recruiting experience for technical talent in enterprise software/cloud/AI.
- Experience hiring for roles like AI Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants.
- Strong understanding of enterprise tech, cloud platforms, and AI ecosystems.
- Proven ability to source passive talent and build diverse pipelines.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple priorities.
- Experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Slack, GoodTime, and Google Workspace.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire senior technical talent including AI/Cloud leaders.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract passive talent from top tech orgs.
- Advise hiring leaders with market insights, pipelines, and decisions.
- Translate evolving priorities into scalable recruiting plans.
- Provide a best-in-class candidate experience with data-driven outcomes.
