You will shape sourcing strategies, calibrate role requirements with hiring managers, and drive candidate experience, employer branding, and process improvements to accelerate hiring velocity while maintaining quality and culture fit.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle technical recruiting & sourcing: Source and hire top talent across all teams—with a primary focus on engineering—while building robust candidate pipelines from scratch.
• Candidate experience & relationship building: Create personalized experiences for candidates and build strong working relationships with internal hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
• Recruiting strategy & execution: Partner with hiring managers to calibrate role requirements, develop targeted sourcing strategies, manage pipeline health, and proactively identify and remove hiring bottlenecks. Leverage data and recruiting tools to improve hiring velocity, candidate quality, and overall recruiting efficiency.
• Employer branding & HR support: Represent the company at networking events and e-meetups while serving as a knowledgeable point of contact for HR-related inquiries, such as benefits and compensation.
• Agency & in-house blend: Prior experience working in both agency and in-house recruiting environments.
• Deep market & technical savvy: Intimate knowledge of the tech industry, competitor target companies, and open-source networks.
• Process innovation & program improvement: Ability to refine existing recruitment processes and develop innovative strategies for talent acquisition.
