Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a highly consultative Technical Recruiter to support its Data & Digital organization. You will recruit for software engineering, AI, data, and analytics roles and partner with leaders to shape hiring strategies and pipelines.

The role emphasizes strategic, data-driven hiring rather than high-volume, transactional recruiting, with opportunities to influence decisions and build scalable recruiting practices in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

7-10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience souring for technical skillsets including Software engineers, .NET developers, Java developers, Databrick engineers.
Experience with Workday and Copilot.
Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, AI, data, and analytics roles.
Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and sourcing plans.
Provide market insights, talent trends, and compensation guidance.
Build and maintain pipelines of high-caliber technical talent.
Lead candidate assessments, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
Drive recruiting process improvements and interview best practices.
Leverage tools such as Workday, Eightfold, and Microsoft Copilot to increase recruiting effectiveness.
