Job summary

Connecture is seeking a Project Manager to lead company-wide technical projects from initiation to completion, including cloud migration and infrastructure work. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Customer Success, Operations, and Engineering, and act as Scrum Master for development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management in a software/tech environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and sprint ceremonies.
• Familiarity with Jira is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage company-wide strategic projects from planning through execution, including large-scale initiatives such as cloud migration and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple departments including R&D, Customer Success, Operations, and Engineering to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.
• Serve as Scrum manager for development teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Coordinate production release cycles, including identification, tracking, and prioritization of production tickets and deployment coordination.
• Develop and execute communication plans for major projects, including customer communication strategies and stakeholder updates.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, roadmaps, and status reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Track project metrics, manage budgets and resources, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with team leads and technical stakeholders to resolve blockers and ensure project momentum.
