Job summary

Connecture, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead company-wide technical projects, including cloud migration and infrastructure initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Customer Success, Operations, and Engineering, and act as Scrum Master for development teams.

Reporting to the VP of Research and Development, you will drive planning, tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications while ensuring timely production releases and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in software development/tech.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and facilitation of sprint ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Manage company-wide strategic projects from planning through execution (cloud migration & infrastructure projects).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Customer Success, Operations, and Engineering for alignment and outcomes.
• Serve as Scrum Master for development teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Coordinate production release cycles, including ticket tracking and deployment coordination.
• Develop and execute communication plans for major projects and stakeholder updates.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, roadmaps, and status reports for leadership.
• Track project metrics, manage budgets/resources, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Collaborate with team leads to resolve blockers and sustain momentum.
• Communicate project status clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
