Job summary

ConnectureDRX is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate company-wide technical projects from initiation to completion, including cloud migration and infrastructure work. You will lead cross-functional teams across R&D and other departments, and act as Scrum Master to drive agile ceremonies and timely deliveries.

The role reports to the VP of Research and Development and offers a remote-first environment with some travel for key meetings and events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a software development or technology environment.
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders in complex project environments.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience facilitating sprint ceremonies.
Familiarity with project management tools; Jira experience is a plus but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Manage company-wide strategic projects from planning through execution, including cloud migration and infrastructure projects.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Customer Success, Operations, and Engineering.
Serve as Scrum Master for development teams, facilitating sprint ceremonies.
Coordinate production release cycles, including tickets and deployment coordination.
Develop and execute communication plans for major projects with stakeholders.
