Job summary
Cordance is seeking a Technology Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives across Cordance Commerce. You will translate strategic priorities into coordinated delivery plans, drive milestones, and ensure measurable outcomes across Engineering, Product, Data, and Customer Success.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years managing SaaS programs, strong Agile experience, and excellence in stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience managing technology projects or programs across multiple teams.
- Proven success delivering SaaS software, platform, data, cloud, integration, or migration projects.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery approaches, release management, and production-readiness practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution for strategic technology projects across multiple teams.
- Translate business priorities into project charters, workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and delivery forecasts.
- Establish and maintain integrated project plans across Engineering, Product, Architecture, Data, and Support teams.
- Facilitate project kickoffs, planning sessions, and executive status updates.
- Create transparent reporting for planned-versus-delivered work and release readiness.
