Job summary

Amazon Retail Ad Service seeks a Principal Tech Business Development leader to drive strategic deals and partnerships with retailers and advertisers. You will shape go-to-market strategy, negotiate complex partnerships, and influence product and tech roadmaps in a fast-moving environment.

You will work with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Engineering, Legal, and Finance to execute high-impact opportunities that scale advertiser and retailer adoption of Amazon ads technology.

Qualifications

Experience building strategic partnerships with retailers or advertisers.
Proven ability to negotiate complex deals and drive executive sponsorship.
Strong financial literacy including P&L, cash flow, and cost/benefit analyses.

Responsibilities

Own strategic relationships and negotiations with key customers and partners.
Lead executive engagements and institute mechanisms to align with Amazon priorities.
Develop and align the go-to-market strategy for Amazon Retail Ad Service.
Craft scalable, insight-driven narratives and recommendations.
Evaluate ideas based on business potential, size, and strategic fit.
Collaborate with Product, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and leadership to execute deals.
