Job summary

Angel Studios in Provo, Utah, seeks a Senior Partnerships Manager to own growth across partner ecosystems, aligning Angel's goals with those of global platforms and device makers.

You will drive integrations, co-marketing, and monetization, work with senior leaders, and translate business needs into technical and product opportunities. This role requires a data-driven mindset and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in technical partnerships, product/program management, or growth roles.
• Proven ability to hit KPI-based targets and drive measurable outcomes.
• Fluent with engineering and product teams to deliver integrations.
• Data-driven with proficiency in analytics tools and SQL.
• MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for partner escalations and growth strategy.
• Lead technical integrations (SSO, deep linking, co-branded features) to improve conversion.
• Monitor partner performance and uncover opportunities to upsell or refine agreements.
• Increase Angel Guild memberships through targeted offers with TV/mobile platforms.
• Design activations and sponsorships to drive awareness, trial, and retention.
• Secure editorial placement on partner homepages and promotional surfaces.
• Travel 10-15%.
