• 7+ years negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 7+ years of professional or military experience.
• 7+ years with Core Cloud Technology Services including Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, or Networking.
• 7+ years solving tech problems in Telecommunications.
• 7+ years in GTM, BD, sales, or consulting.
• 7+ years in advanced compute technologies (Accelerated Compute, HPC, Visual/Spatial Compute, IoT).
• 7+ years in Data & AI technologies (AI/ML, analytics).
• Experience shaping strategies influencing leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and execution for the most complex business development opportunities with broad customer, business, and cross-organizational impact, engaging with external partners up through the C-level to move deals forward.
• Identify, develop, and manage a pipeline of internal and external opportunities, optimizing for long-term sustainability and unlocking partner opportunities across Amazon.
• Author and own strategic planning documents, articulating trade-offs and investment rationale to leadership through the SVP level.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate market signals, customer requirements, and partner feedback into roadmap priorities.
• Hire, mentor, and develop team members while establishing scalable mechanisms that drive operational rigor and growth.
