Liberty Mutual's US Retail Markets Global Tech Enablement organization seeks a Director of Technology Strategy & Operations to lead the Strategy & Governance function that connects five service providers and spans governance, cross-domain program coordination, and executive reporting.

The role is accountable for how enterprise-driven technology work enters USRM, coordinates across domains, and reports progress to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Domain Engagement: Build and sustain relationships with technology domain leaders to understand operating challenges and enablement needs across domains.
• Strategic Enablement: Design governance frameworks and operating structures; establish data insights and measurement for leadership visibility.
• USRM Horizons Management: Own the USRM Horizons process end to end from intake to escalation and communication.
• USRM Reporting Support: Produce executive-level reporting on technology performance and progress to leadership.
