The role requires credibility across engineering, data, architecture, and AI, and involves partnering with the CFO community to translate business priorities into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of related experience, including 5+ years in senior technology leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executives on operating models, sequencing, and change absorption.
• Experience leading large-scale transformations in finance/insurance domains.
• Hands-on credibility across SAP and cloud-native solutions.

Responsibilities

• Modernize and simplify the Finance technology ecosystem across general ledger, accounting, treasury, tax, reinsurance, data and risk.
• Lead transformation and execution with a mix of legacy and modern systems; manage partnerships with SAP and cloud vendors.
• Own outcomes for a $200M annual technology portfolio, leading ~220 employees and ~300 contractors.
• Champion enterprise data strategy and AI-enabled SDLC, ensuring security, resilience and performance.
• Build and lead a high-performing, inclusive Finance technology organization.
