Job summary

Liberty Mutual is seeking two Directors of Engineering for Personal Lines Policy Platforms in the USRM Tech organization. You will lead large-scale portfolios, driving technology strategy, modernization, and product definition across Policy Lifecycle, Data, Provisioning, and Forms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in technical or business discipline or related experience.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Generally, more than 10 years related experience with 5 years in leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of IT concepts, strategies and methodologies and their application to business opportunities.
• Advanced knowledge of management concepts, practices and techniques.
• Highly developed negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills.
• Highly developed oral and written communication skills; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead as a strategic technology leader, coach, and mentor for a high-performing engineering team.
• Strategize the technology strategy, modernization roadmap, and long-term vision for policy platforms.
• Analyze data-driven insights and metrics to drive portfolio decisions and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Transform the product and technology landscape as part of Frontier modernization journey.
• Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts and vendor relationships.
• Present and influence senior leaders and stakeholders to align on vision and investments.

Education
