Liberty Mutual Insurance's US Retail Markets Global Tech Enablement organization seeks a Director of Technology Strategy & Operations to own governance and tie together five service providers. The role spans enterprise alignment, cross-domain coordination, and executive reporting to leadership.

The position emphasizes relationship-building across domains, process design, and strategic enablement for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, with high visibility to USRM and enterprise leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience owning governance or intake processes at enterprise scale, including design and metrics.
• Proven ability to produce executive-level reporting for senior leadership with clear framing.
• Strong program and portfolio management with dependency and risk handling.
• Experience coordinating across domains for transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance process design and cross-domain program coordination across USRM Technology.
• Own executive reporting and narrative on wins, risks, and progress against goals.
• Coordinate transformation and modernization initiatives with resource alignment and risk mitigation.
• Manage Horizon intake, scope validation, data quality, and escalation to protect deadlines.
• Represent Strategy & Governance in communications with senior leadership and enterprise partners.
