Job summary

Liberty Mutual's US Retail Markets Global Tech Enablement organization seeks a Director of Technology Strategy & Operations to lead Strategy & Governance and be the accountable owner for enterprise-driven technology intake and reporting. You will coordinate across domains, design governance, and drive consistent execution across technology providers.

The role includes governance design, cross-domain program management, executive reporting, and supporting mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in technical or business discipline; Master's preferred.
10+ years in technology strategy or operations with 5+ years in leadership.
Experience influencing across boundaries without direct authority.
Proven ability to design governance or intake processes enterprise-scale.
Strong ability to translate technical status for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Domain Engagement: build relationships with technology domain leaders and align enablement initiatives.
Strategic Enablement: design governance frameworks and measurement for leadership visibility.
USRM Horizons Management: manage intake, data governance, Jira board, and deadlines.
USRM Reporting Support: produce executive reporting and strategic narrative.
Transformation & Modernization Support: coordinate cross-domain enterprise initiatives.
