Job summary

Liberty Mutual Investments is seeking a senior leader to drive business transformation, operating model design, and governance across the enterprise. You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into executable designs that enable the 2030 vision.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring deep asset-management experience, process redesign, and experience implementing AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in asset management, investment operations, or related consulting.
• Direct experience advising asset management or institutional investing teams.
• Deep understanding of front-, middle-, back-office operating models.
• Experience designing operating models, governance structures, and capability maps.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Fluency with AI-enabled tools for synthesis, mapping, and RACIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise design engagements from discovery to implementation.
• Frame problems, align stakeholders, and translate strategy into operating models.
• Design governance and governance structures across investment functions.
• Develop target operating models and accountability frameworks.
• Assess investment processes and optimize workflows for scalability.
• Define KPIs, reporting cadences, and continuous improvement routines.
• Facilitate executive alignment through workshops and sessions.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI-enabled tools to delivery.
• Stay informed on industry trends to inform future-state design.
