CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Technology Strategy and Program Governance to define strategic direction, governance, and operating excellence for the Third-Party Administrator and Payer Solutions Technology organization within the Aetna ecosystem.

You will partner with senior leaders to align business objectives with technology investments, drive portfolio oversight, and enable innovative, measurable outcomes across a 300-person team committed to modernizing healthcare technology.

Qualifications

10+ years leading enterprise tech strategy and governance.
10+ years partnering with senior tech and business executives.
10+ years overseeing technology portfolios and financial planning.
8+ years creating executive presentations for C-suite.
5+ years cross-functional collaboration across engineering, architecture, and operations.

Responsibilities

Define multi-year technology strategy and executive roadmap translating objectives into plans.
Lead operating rhythm including strategic planning, governance, reviews, and comms.
Oversee portfolio governance, capital planning, and strategic initiatives.
Monitor delivery, risks, dependencies, and portfolio health for leadership.
Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Finance, HR to strengthen delivery outcomes.
