CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Technology Strategy and Program Governance to shape the multi-year technology vision and governance for TPA and payer solutions. You will drive strategic planning, investment prioritization, and executive communications across a 300-person technology organization.

This role partners with senior leaders to accelerate modernization, improve transparency, and deliver measurable business outcomes for CVS Health and its beneficiaries.

Formación

• 10+ years leading enterprise technology strategy and governance.
• 10+ years partnering with senior technology and business executives.
• 10+ years overseeing technology portfolios, capital investments, and governance.
• 8+ years creating executive presentations and board materials for C-suite.
• 5+ years collaborating across software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture, product and operations.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve multi-year technology strategy and executive roadmaps.
• Lead the operating rhythm including planning, governance, and workforce planning.
• Oversee portfolio governance, capital planning, and financial management.
• Drive accountability by monitoring delivery, risks, and portfolio health.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Operations, Finance, HR to strengthen execution.
