Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise technology strategy, organizational planning, portfolio governance, and large-scale transformation.
• 10+ years partnering with senior technology and business executives to influence investment priorities and strategy.
• 10+ years overseeing technology portfolios, capital investments, governance, delivery performance, and risk management.
• 8+ years creating executive presentations, board materials, and leadership communications for C-suite audiences.
• 5+ years collaborating across software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture, product management, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the multi-year technology strategy, executive roadmap, and investment priorities into actionable plans and board-ready materials.
• Lead the operating rhythm of the technology organization, including strategic planning, governance, and leadership reviews.
• Oversee technology portfolio governance, capital planning, financial management, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive accountability across strategic programs by monitoring delivery, risks, and portfolio health with executive visibility.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Operations, Finance, HR, and business stakeholders to improve transformation outcomes.
