Job summary

Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) is seeking an Associate Director of Technology Integrations to lead IT project initiatives within Admissions and Financial Aid. The role focuses on external software integrations of Federal Student Aid systems and internal Banner/E-visions data workflows.

You will guide policy, process, and documentation to support student financial aid operations. Join NEOMED’s collaborative, hybrid work environment with a starting salary range of $49,120–$58,125,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least three years in higher education, including 1 year in a post-secondary financial aid office or IT position supporting financial aid.
• Experience with a financial aid module in a higher education ERP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Project management and implementation of technology solutions within the Financial Aid Office.
• Collaborates with the financial aid director on strategic goals and initiatives.
• Oversee testing integrations with system upgrades and data workflow.
• Maintain documentation and training within the financial aid team.
