Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) seeks an Assistant Dean of Student Success to lead student success, conduct, and professionalism initiatives within the College of Medicine's Office of Academic Affairs. This role partners with university and clinical sites to support medical students’ academic and professional development.

The position oversees coaching, advising, and the residency match process, ensuring timely reviews and alignment with accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in student affairs/administration in higher education.
• Advising and counseling students academically and professionally.
• Knowledge of NRMP/Match processes and residency placement policies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain student conduct and professionalism standards across the college.
• Develop relationships with Medical Education and Academic Advisors to support student success.
• Lead residency application and Match processes and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee the Badging Program and contribute to admissions/interviews as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
