Job summary

Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) is seeking an Assistant Dean, Student Success to lead programs empowering medical students to thrive academically and professionally. You will oversee student conduct, professionalism, and career advising in collaboration with university and clinical partners.

The role includes guiding Residency Applications/Match, maintaining MSPE quality, and managing the Badging Program within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience with students in higher education student personnel/administration.
• Five years’ experience with residency match process preferred; curriculum development, advising or counseling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain student conduct and professionalism standards and lead the Professionalism Success Team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with offices supporting medical education and advise students academically and in career planning.
• Support residency application and Match processes and ensure policies are updated annually.
• Oversee the Badging Program and participate in admissions interviews and committees.
