Job summary

NEOMED is seeking an Associate Director of Technology Integrations within the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid to lead IT-driven integrations for third-party systems (e.g., Federal Student Aid Partner Connect) and internal ERP interfaces. You will oversee testing, documentation, and training to keep financial aid workflows current with technology best practices.

Qualifications

• Three years in higher education, including 1 year in a post-secondary financial aid office or in an information technology position supporting financial aid.
• Experience and working knowledge with a financial aid module in a higher education ERP.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Project Management and Implementation: Project management and collaboration with the IT Department to design and implement technology solutions for university constituent groups of all sizes within and alongside the Financial Aid Office.
• Strategic Leadership: Collaborates with the financial aid director in the development of unit strategic goals and implementation of new initiatives and process enhancements; assists with direction and training of financial aid counseling team staff.
• Process Management: Lead efforts related to technology improvements in the financial aid office; establish vision and priorities for technology initiatives.
• Validation and Collaboration: Cross-check and validate financial aid timelines with Banner functionality in coordination with calendar and billing teams.
• Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
