Straight Edge Technology, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager to independently manage the technical alignment of client environments. You will go onsite, assess technology against standards, maintain documentation, identify risks, and ensure the right people are informed.

This role is field plus office, with travel to client sites and regular collaboration with internal teams. You will document findings, escalate issues when needed, and support onboarding of new client environments, all

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on IT support, systems administration, network support, or similar technical experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Understanding of business networking, including switches, firewalls, wireless, and TCP/IP.
• Familiarity with servers, endpoints, backups, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to independently work through an unfamiliar technical environment.
• Ability to recognize when something needs to be escalated.
• Professional communication skills and comfort working directly with clients.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the technical alignment of assigned client environments.
• Go onsite, assess technologies against our standards, and maintain documentation.
• Identify risks and gaps, escalate where needed, and track remediation progress.
• Help new clients onboard by documenting their environments and baselines.
• Provide technical context for remediation projects and improvements.
