Job summary

Wellvana in Nashville is seeking a Manager of Technology Adoption and Education to lead organization-wide software adoption, build training programs, and drive change management. You will partner with IT, executives, end-users and cross-functional teams to ensure measurable adoption outcomes.

Responsibilities include designing scalable resources, coaching a team, tracking KPIs, and delivering hands-on training for diverse audiences, including leadership, with a focus on value-based care tech

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in technology adoption, training or related areas.
• 2 years in a leadership role preferred.
• 3 years in healthcare or value-based care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization-wide software adoption and training initiatives.
• Partner with IT, business stakeholders and executives to ensure smooth transitions.
• Track KPIs related to technology adoption and training effectiveness.
• Design, develop and implement scalable training resources and guides.
• Coach and supervise team members to enable adoption goals.
• Facilitate hands-on training sessions for end users and leaders.
• Manage onboarding for new technology solutions across the organization.
• Champion change management to minimize resistance and maximize engagement.
