Job summary

Wellvana is seeking a technical data integration lead to manage end-to-end projects with provider partners and EHR vendors. You will translate complex data and interface requirements into actionable guidance, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery with high data fidelity.

You will leverage HL7/QRDA/CCDA, SQL/BigQuery, and hands-on EMR experience to drive Direct-to-Partner solutions and CMS quality reporting in a fast-moving healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–4 years of related technical experience in data integration or healthcare IT.
• Strong knowledge of HL7/QRDA/CCDA interfaces and data quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end clinical data integration projects with provider partners and EHR vendors.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional team alignment.
• Implement Direct-to-Partner products and solutions.
• Guide partner organizations through technical deliverables for CMS programs.
• Document integration steps and communicate status across stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, troubleshoot interface issues, and maintain SLAs.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to new data specs.
