This role bridges clinical, technical, and business stakeholders, translating complex data requirements into clear guidance, and leading timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment in a fast-moving healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent training/experience.
• 2–4 years of related technical experience.
• Experience with various EMR systems.
• HL7/QRDA1/CCDA interface development and troubleshooting.
• SQL/BigQuery/Foundry querying and data issue troubleshooting.
• Project coordination: define timelines, deliverables, cross-functional alignment.
• HIPAA compliance: data privacy and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Data Integration Projects with provider partners and EHR vendors.
• Manage data integration efforts from kickoff to production, ensuring CMS quality reporting requirements.
• Implement Direct-to-Partner products and solutions.
• Lead technical implementation and onboarding of partner data feeds.
• Educate and support partner organizations on integration deliverables and best practices.
• Bridge communication across clinical, technical, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, interface accuracy, and issue resolution.
• Maintain project documentation and partner engagement records.
• Drive process improvements within integration workflows.
