Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• 3+ years in healthcare operations, strategy, administration, or care delivery.
• Experience supporting healthcare partners or operational delivery teams.
• Familiarity with value-based care concepts preferred.
• Strong execution and organisational skills.
• Clear communication and follow-through.
• Ability to operate within defined plans while flagging emerging issues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver agreed-upon partner plans, initiatives, and service activations.
• Track performance and follow-through on action items.
• Maintain regular partner touchpoints aligned to delivery expectations.
• Surface risks, barriers, and insights to Regional Directors in a timely manner.
