Job summary

Univar Solutions is seeking a Technical Account Manager for the Beauty & Personal Care segment, based in Commerce, CA. You will provide technical support to drive sales growth by building long-standing partnerships, coordinating with R&D, and supporting product launches.

You will travel within California, engage with customers at multiple levels, and contribute to training and industry events while leveraging MS Office tools for presentations and analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology or related field.
• Experience in technical roles within Personal Care, cosmetics or skincare.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to present to clients.

Responsibilities

• Build profitable sales by developing long-term partnerships with customers.
• Prospect for new business and grow territory.
• Collaborate with R&D teams and supplier technical resources.
• Assist with product launches and provide formulation support.
• Deliver training and product/industry presentations.
• Support supplier/customer negotiations and tradeshow participation.
