Job summary

Univar Solutions USA Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager to provide technical support to the Personal Care sector, driving sales growth. You will build and maintain long-term customer partnerships, prospect for new business, and collaborate with R&D and supplier teams. Travel across California is expected.

The role requires a chemistry/biology background, customer-facing experience, and proficiency in MS Office. A driver license and ability to travel are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology or similar field.
• Experience in technical roles, product development, laboratory, applications, or technical-commercial in Personal Care, Cosmetic or Skincare is mandatory.
• Experience dealing with customers at multiple levels, internal and external, and supplier partners.
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel in California with the possibility to expand to other states.
• Driver license with a clean record.

Pay & Benefits:

The salary range for this role is USD106,190.00 - USD132,740.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be motivated by a variety of factors including the candidate's proven experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive pay. Available employee benefits include health, vision, and dental. We also provide 401k matching for retirement and paid time off.
