Job summary

Cyient is seeking a Team Lead – Project Manager in East Hartford, Connecticut, to guide a team of 8–12 direct reports. This role will drive project deliverables, manage Statements of Work (SoW), and ensure alignment with customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Pratt & Whitney Aerospace and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong communication and technical writing skills are essential. The position offers a salary range of $80k–$90k.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required due to ITAR Restrictions.
• Experience with P&W ESW applications.
• Working knowledge of gas turbine engine operating theory.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily task delegation and coordinate updates to Statements of Work (SoWs).
• Track and report SoW progress and deliverable status.
• Organize customer meetings to review requirements and scope.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and integration.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

Skills

Experience working with Pratt & Whitney Aerospace

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and prints

Strong technical writing and documentation skills

Effective communication and collaboration abilities
