Pratt & Whitney in East Hartford, CT is seeking an experienced program manager to oversee fleet management and data reporting initiatives. You will align with Customer Focal Teams (CFT) across Commercial Engines and lead the FMT governance council to drive standardization and insights.

The role emphasizes Power BI reporting, process improvement, and collaboration with the Digital Tool team to enhance the FMT based on user feedback. Onsite role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management, airline customer support or fleet management.
• Intermediate MS Office with focus on Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing alignment with key stakeholders (the Customer Focal Teams - CFT) across Commercial Engines.
• Drive consistency and discipline in the use of the Fleet Management Tool (FMT).
• Own the FMT business process and accuracy Control Tower metric.
• Lead the FMT Governance Council to provide process guidance to the CFTs.
• Support the Fleet Operation Managers with providing standard FMT Power BI Reports.
• Work with the Digital Tool team to enhance the FMT based on user feedback.
• Create and maintain Standard Work the FMT Playbook, all FMT processes and reports.
• Analyze field reported data in conjunction with FMT to support communicating fleet health status in IPMT
• Lead and/or support process improvement activities related to the fleet health data reporting and management
• Support financial analysis activities by analyzing field data via and FMT
• Support aircraft on ground (AOG) mitigation optimization initiative
