Responsibilities

• Identify near- and longer-term priorities with the CS team and define engagement plans.
• Manage milestones and provide status updates; mitigate issues/risks.
• Centralize technical information about clients and contribute to account strategy with the team.
• Contribute to growth and scalability of the field engineering team via documentation and process optimization.
• Provide hands-on guidance on Dataiku platform architecture, security, and operations; assist with deployment and upgrades.
• Help clients troubleshoot product integration within their systems.
• Record and communicate feature requests to product and R&D.
• Advise on companion technologies and ML/edge strategies.
